We have seriously been enjoying salsa in the Rhody household this summer. We like store bought and we also like fresh salsa. I wanted to make something fruity, but flavorful, and crisp! Along came this five ingredient mango salsa. She is sweet, she is savory, and she can be all yours in the matter of 10 minutes. I see this mango salsa as a fun snack, a topping on salmon or chicken, or on my Taco Burger recipe! 5-INGREDIENT MANGO SALSA

This mango salsa is fruity, savory, crisp, and simple. This mango salsa would be incredible on grilled chicken, on a Taco Burger, or as a snack!

Total Time 15 minutes

Servings 4 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe mangoes chopped
  • 1 roma tomato chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1 handful cilantro chopped fine
  • 1 lime's worth of juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop mango – add to bowl
  • Chop tomato – add to bowl
  • Chop green pepper – add to bowl
  • Chop cilantro fine – add to bowl
  • Squeeze lime juice into bowl
  • Mix all ingredients together and ENJOY!
