Weekly Grocery Lists for this meal plan can be found here.

Hi! So you are doing the damn thing – GOOD. FOR. YOU. I am so proud of you and happy that you decided to give my meal plan a look! I cannot emphasize enough how simple I made my first Whole30. I literally ate the same thing for breakfast everyday, the same thing for lunch everyday, and then a protein and veggies for dinner. And, I highly encourage you to do the same if you are overwhelmed about all the information out there regarding what you should eat, make, etc. I would also highly suggest checking out my blog post, 10 Tips To Prepare For Your Whole 30. The official Whole 30 through the Whole 30 brand starts September 14, 2020, but I wanted to get this meal plan out there for those of you who are starting earlier as a way to guide you through clean eating.

The purpose of my meal plan below is a few different things:

  1. Inspiration – I want the next 30 days to be inspiring and exciting for you!
  2. Realization – I want you to realize through this meal plan that eating clean is DELICIOUS and SIMPLE.
  3. Strategic– I structured this in a way that you are using a lot of the same main ingredients in a given week. For example, Week 1 you can see a lot of chicken and pork. I did this so you can buy in bulk and spend less money and be less wasteful. A lot of what is on here can be doubled easily and used for lunches throughout the week.
  4. Convenience – You are probably stressed out enough about Whole30 and want someone to take some of the stress away (psst here I am). You literally do not need to think about what to make for dinner everyday and lunch most days.

Here is a snapshot of what the meal plan looks like. As you can see, if you are starting on Sept. 14th, you can just follow the dates outlined in the calendar. If you are not starting on Sept. 14th, just track it by the day in which you are on in your Whole 30 (i.e. Day 1, Day 2, etc.). Above the picture shown above is a download button – click that to download the meal plan that has clickable links to the recipes. The recipes highlighted in red are “Coming Soon” recipes and will be updated here once the recipes are up on my website – so make sure to check back for those!

I will be cooking these recipes every day along with you on my stories on Instagram @tasteitwithtaylor and each week will give tips on how to make certain recipes easier and with less ingredients if it can make it cheaper or easier (but I am broke so I am already super conscious of this myself)! Speaking of, here are the Whole 30 pantry staples I am the most passionate about and you will find in many of my recipes. In this blog post, I talk about the most important products I use and how to ball on a budget.

Here you can find the weekly grocery lists for the meal plan.

I am really proud of this meal plan and I am really proud of you for doing something to better yourself! There are plenty of quick meals I share on my Instagram, @tasteitwithtaylor, that I do not put on my blog. I use that space to show how to reuse ingredients, and how to make super simple things that do not cost a lot and are simple to make!
