Hey there! So happy you are utilizing my Whole 30 Meal Plan. Below are the grocery lists for each week. I will be adding a new one week by week so that you have plenty of time to shop ahead. The first one is for Days 1-7 (or Sept. 14th-Sept.20th). Be sure to read the notes on the second page. The third page has what you need collectively for the week and then the following pages show ingredients by recipe. Either way all the ingredients you need are there for you. You can click the recipe titles on each page to go to the recipe on the website or you can use the meal plan too. Everything is hyper-linked and there to make your life easier!
