I love soup and I love chili. It is easily something I can eat every single day, no matter the time of year. This White Chicken Chili is a spin on a hearty soup and a lighter chili (if you can picture that LOL). It is creamy and powerfully flavorful – and hearty as heck! It is a chicken broth-based chili with cashew cream to make it creamy and hearty chicken with fire roasted tomatoes for an ultimate combo. There are also many spices that you definitely have in your pantry that add an element of fun in there! Did I mention it is another one-pot recipe? 😉

See the notes at the bottom of the recipe card for ways to take this chili to the next level! And please, feel free to leave a rating, comment, or any questions you may have at the bottom of this post. All my love!
