My name is, well, Taylor! 2020 has been wild! I graduated college, got married (twice, #covidbride), and I started my first adult job in consumer healthcare marketing, my dream job!My husband Nick and I are the proud of parents of a two-year-old English bulldog, Millie. She is sassy, she is chunky, and she is the center of our world!
I completed my first Whole 30 in July of 2019 where I lost 15 pounds and gained a deeper understanding of what it means to eat clean and have a healthier relationship with food. Funny enough, Taste It With Taylor started by a class project. I had always wanted to start a cooking Instagram, but I didn’t know where to start. Once I found a love for Whole 30, and was pushed a little by my class project, I simply could not stop. I wanted to share the wealth of knowledge I have learned and inspire people to get into the kitchen. Cooking, balling on a budget, and clean eating seems intimidating. BUT, once you figure out what you like, how you can make it work for you, and how to cook it on a budget, it is super simple!
My goal is to inspire you to step out of your comfort zone (just once), and make something delicious, and I promise after that, you will not stop! Join me as I start to navigate the “real world”, continue my health journey, and share my passion for food and cooking!
